shipping policy
When purchasing wigs, please allow 7-21 business days for customization and/or construction. Once item has been shipped customers who have provided an email address at checkout will receive their tracking number via email. Ground shipping typically is usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Please be mindful that shipping times may be delayed due to covid, holidays, natural disaster, etc. Providing an email is recommended to so you're able to keep with your packages location until it's arrival.
​***Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-4 business days if you're located within the United States.
When purchasing extensions please allow 14 business days for delivery to the U.S.
return & exchange policy
There is NO refund for wigs or extensions.

Refunds are available for Boutique items. Items must be returned damage free and in the same condition it was purchased.
Wig and extension exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at pricelessprincyhair@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
